Lipgloss, hand lotions are fair game
concealers/foundations, lipsticks. eyeshadow, eyeliners, mascara are not.
You really want the guys to see in its entirety the process of tranformation of an otherwise plain girl into a stunning one?
I once did, and it changed my view of women forever. We men may be pigs, but at least we are not fake.
BTW, women who put make up on while driving should have their driver's license revoked.

While driving!! 
I can barely walk and put on lipgloss and talk on the phone than to be doing that while driving.. 
Honestly, I dont c much of a transformation.. i think i look the same when I put makeup on, maybe coz my skin is okay, there’s nothing to hide

I thionk its not tacky to put makeup on wether you are on a train or a bus or a cycle. do whatever you feel like doing.
