I don't think she's talking about the high end, Shu Uemura ones; I think she means the ones that look like they fell off a tranny in the heart of the East village; basically, the ones we see on every Desi bride walking the Earth today. I think falsies (provided they're subtle and lash-like, like the Shu Uemura Soft Crosss lashes) can look quite nice, but few bridal MUAs are willing to splurge on them for the sake of the bride.
