Actress signs remake of Shakespeare’s classic!
Vishal Bhardwaj managed to win over the critics with his last movie Makdee, which even won acclaimed actress Shabana Azmi some awards for her performance as a witch. The director is now starting work on his follow-up, which has been titled Mian Maqbool and is apparently an adaptation of Shakespeare’s classic Macbeth. Whilst Makdee had a strong female role for Shabana Azmi, this new film will feature Tabu is an exciting role that is bound to showcase her acting ability once again. The supporting cast will include award-winning actors such as Irfan Khan, Om Puri and Naseerudin Shah.
