also true with fresh flowers but personally i don’t think centerpieces are something you should go DIY on as a bride. if you have someone you can delegate this to who isn’t an immediate family member who will be required elsewhere, and is responsible and can handle making them a couple of days or the day before in advance and storing them properly, then they should be doing it. otherwise, find a florist. there is always someone out there willing to work in your budget, is what i’ve found. it just requires some effort and time to find that person. brides should not be worrying about centerpieces the day before their wedding!
