Dil, Seena-e-bay noor maiN Mehroom-e-Tassalli
Taareeek hai Afrang machinoN kaY dhuwaiN saY
Yeh Waadi-e-Ayman naheeN shaayaan-e-tajalli

yeh aish-e-farawaaN = abundance of luxuries

hukoomat = (refering to) power (of humans over others)

Tijaarat = Business

Dil, Seena-e-bay noor maiN Mehroom-e-Tassalli = whoever is indulged in such life of luxury has a dead heart and such heart is ever searching for satisfaction

Taareeek hai Afrang machinoN kaY dhuwaiN saY = this world of west is in darkness in the age of machines

Yeh Waadi-e-Ayman naheeN shaayaan-e-tajalli = Waadi-e-Ayman => (this) World of Paradise: is not worthy of Allah's merciness, a mercy of providing satisfaction of heart.

I read this piece of poetry while reading a book last night. Book is by Justice Muhammad Taqi Usmai (Mufti-e-Azam Pakistan) and the title of the book is JahaaN-e-Deeda

It was written in the opening of one of his travelogues to Europe and America.
