No, you don't have to pay for it go to cricinfo, go to match you want they will have to video box on top of live scores, or go to watchespn3.com

Another way to do this is to select your internet provider on the espn site and they will show it to you for free if your isp is in their list. I have comcast so I was able to login using my comcast id.

I have ATT in US. Does ATT work with ESPN? Anybody watching the matches with ATT as their ISP?
