KP govt is organising a peace cricket match T20 match in peshawar tomorrow where some legends of the Pakistan cricket will grace the cricket field.
I personally believe that any soft image/news coming out of troubled province is good news. Good initiative by KP govt & IK.
Separate thread to discuss the merits. Will a successful match have long term effects on not just peshawar but international cricket in pakistan as a whole?
p.s. Even after decades, we can conclude that these players can’t say no to THE skipper
I jus hope this event has e peaceful end... the current security Situation in pak specially peshawar is jus ***** . Such events r gud for ur image/ social circle/to motivate citizens etc but very dangerous n risky too
Reality of our Media whenever any bomb attack happens in KPK its all over the news and media and today A peace match happened 25K people came but no media coverage lol

to be honest, Media did give some coverage. Plus PTI govt did not ask PTV sports or any other channels to produce this match. However, the brief headlines were really disappointing.
