T-Zone Acne Prone Skin...HELP!

Hey everyone,
I have a T-zone acne prone skin (with pimples on my forehead, nose and cheeks/close to the nose). Its combinational skin, oily where i get pimples but dry otherwise. What facewash is suggested? Ive tried Himalaya, Neutrogena, Jonsons P.H 5.5 and Clean and Clear but to no avail :frowning:

Has anyone used any bodyshop products for the face? (Facescrub or Facewash)
Im getting married in 2 months and i really need help!!!

Re: T-Zone Acne Prone Skin...HELP!

u can use purity by philosophy

Re: T-Zone Acne Prone Skin...HELP!

go to medical store buy cliquinal cream nad use it ,in three days they will be start finishing but completely finish the tube.so you wont have breakouts in future.as my skills told me you need plenty of water to drink.your stomach is not good.take one spoon isphagol husk also.you will feel the difference and try any soft facewash just like ponds.ok no need to worry and share your results also.

Re: T-Zone Acne Prone Skin...HELP!

Which clinique cream should i ask for? I try to have a glass of water every one hour...oh and i forgot to add, ive even tried ponds facewash...:(

Re: T-Zone Acne Prone Skin...HELP!

if not this, then nutriganics…i got this because my skin is reactive..but nutriganics will be good for you too!

Re: T-Zone Acne Prone Skin...HELP!

Mine is reactive too...I never use makeup- only for weddings or when i go out with friends etc. But whenever i remove the kajal/liner etc my nose and the area around it turns red:s

Plus, i think im starting to develop freakish too! :s

Re: T-Zone Acne Prone Skin...HELP!

@aeysha88
i think zaibash is talking abut cliquinal cream , a medical cream. not clinque.

and zaibaish will it apply on acne only or whole face.
I hv also T-Zone skin and white skin colour pimple on forehead and chin. and also acne like puse inside that leave spot. can i also apply it or no?

Re: T-Zone Acne Prone Skin...HELP!

^ok then start with their cleanser and toner (aloe)

Re: T-Zone Acne Prone Skin...HELP!

@Zaiena: Same here!

@Philosophy:I checked out the bodyshop website and i think i should try the aloe vera collection...
thank you so much! :)

Re: T-Zone Acne Prone Skin...HELP!

I think the Tea Tree range would be much better for the oily 't-zone' and acne.. although aloe is great, tea-tree keeps oily skin and acne under-control.

Re: T-Zone Acne Prone Skin...HELP!

yes you got the cream name right,and you can apply it to whole face.although your acne is seem to be a reaction of some thing kin o allergy on forhead and chin.are your kidney working properly or not?
.

Re: T-Zone Acne Prone Skin...HELP!

I had kidney stones as a teenager, and when i dont have water that often i do have kidney pain off and on but it goes away then (when i gulp down glasses of water) but these days im making sure to have a glass of water every 45min-1hour.
Even i thought tea tree would be more suitable, but ive never used any tea tree product before; so i hope its not too harsh on the skin or something. I've used alot of aloe vera products as a teenager, and still use the vaseline lotion for hands and feet...the aloe vera one...smells great and is so soothing and relaxing! :)

Re: T-Zone Acne Prone Skin...HELP!

@zaibash
may be u r right. caz i hv complain abut my excretion system. if i drink water after 45 min then its good. other prob ho jati hai. but docc say no prob u drink water as much as u can. many times i forgto to drink or may i skip it due to busy thou prob start. aur acne will be increase.

Philosophy products are awesome for acne as well as Mario Badescu products -

Re: T-Zone Acne Prone Skin...HELP!

use a face wash with 2% salicylic acid in it. i use one from neutroguena. use Neutrogena - Oil-Free Acne Stress Control 3-in-1 Hydrating Acne Treatment after face wash. if this doesn't help in few weeks go for clean n clear's persa-gel 5.
