a 100 in his debut…
a 58 and 6 wickets in his last match…

looks like the new star for SL to me…

and a batting average of 83....

Wowwwww .. What a Performance :k:

I'm preety sure he is a great batsman but he comes down at number 6 or 7 against Australia and since he had on or two high scores and 3 not outs and that makes his average looks good, kind of like Bevan from Australia, who usually comes during the last 15 overs and plays them out and scores around 55 and stays not out and thats he reason his average is being so high.
I'm preety sure his average will go down but he looks like a very good player.

Thank you for solving the Puzzle - Now We all know why Bevan's avg is so high in ODIs :)

There is a difference, Bevan has kept his average high for 100+ ODIs he has played so far and that itself is a big accomplishment, eventhough in recent times with his bad patch and promoting Darren Lehman above him, you rarely see him bat, I think he has been averaging less than 30 for the past year or so but overall he is agreat cricketer and he deserves that average.
