Carrier CEO John Legere just stated that the T-Mobile iPhone 5 will support HSPA+ on the AWS (1,700MHz band) in addition to existing LTE support. If you wander outside of an LTE coverage area, you’ll still have up to 42Mbps data on Magenta’s network. There’s more: it’ll also support the same HD Voice calling that went nationwide in January.
