Systematic pitches selection: Do you see trend too?

Though, I didn’t watch all the games but I did follow them closely and looked at the performance of bowlers and batsmen. I am seeing you systemic trend and wondering if there is conspiracy or strategy behind it by Indian?

Seems like India feared SL and PAK more than NZ and SA, and provided pitches that helped the opponent, e.g. SL strength is in Murli, so they let them SL played all there important matches on seamers friendly tracks, including the one they played against PAK.

On other hand PAK pace bowling is depleted so they got pitches that helped pace especially fast pace. Now India will be starving to top poll A so that they could play NZ, because NZ could be a soft opponent as compared to PAK or SA. India for their own game will use spinning track especially if Lara is not fit, to exploit WI.

For PAK it is time to rest Rana and give a chance to Yasir.

Re: Systematic pitches selection: Do you see trend too?

I do not know what difference Yasir Arafat will make. He is not a game breaker, just like Rana. We are without Asif and Akhtar so team needs to use the bunch collectively to win games, simple. It is difficult, but we have done it before.

Re: Systematic pitches selection: Do you see trend too?

Agree, It was unfortunate that first Akmal spelled a simple chance when Styris was in his twenties, and then lack of a strike bowlers let them leak big score in last 8 overs.

I think Yasir will strengthen batting more than Rana and I am sure he will be handy with ball too.
