Why is Pakistan not taking Syrian refugees?
And whatever happened to promises to take Myanmar refugees? I thought they were making a village for them or something?
Syrians could re-settle in Pakistan. You know English, you’re pretty much good to go in urban areas in Pakistan.

There are several Arab countries between Syria and Pakistan, with cultures much closer to Syria. They would prefer those countries for social reasons and Europe for economic reasons.

That's not true. Relatively speaking Pakistan is doing great. We don't have thugs running around shoving Islam down under our throats who don't know anything about life.
I'd say Pakistan is the place to be.

Yeah, first if we could properly take care of our own IDPs, that'd be great. And we have millions of Afghans living here, they are everywhere. I am not against helping out or taking in refugees, they are welcome, but I want to highlight that we are already doing a lot and get no credit. After all it's the west who randomly starts bombing countries and start these wars that make absolutely no sense other than to pave way for the greater israel. They should take more refugees. There are so many of them rich and powerful countries. BTW why is USA taking in only 10,000. WTF ???? Richest and most powerful country in the world and that's all it can do. They should at least spend half as much money on the displaced people they spend on bombing these countries.

Does anyone realize that when Taliban took over Swat that this Syria/ISIS situation could have been happening in Swat?
Only difference is that oil doesn't flow beneath Swat, at least not that we know of, otherwise this is what these *** were aiming to make. A "caliphate" of horror.

I agree, but I just find it odd, that Pakistan is staying quietly out of this.

IDP's have been going back and being resettled slowly.

Pakistanis can barely support themselves. If they are going to come this far to the east, they might as well continue on to India, which could certainly afford them.
