yes common people have access to chemical weapons and they are readily available to anyone who wants them.

At this stage there is no evidence to prove it was Assads forces who used these weapons so let us try to keep an open mind. As we all know Al-Qaeda has killed fellow Muslims around the world including Pakistan so they may well kill Muslims in Syria as their agenda is so warped it is beyond comprehension.

If Assad's forces didnt use it than who did. Maybe they came form Alqeda depots in Afghanistan. One the one hand we are told that Al qaeda has been more or less destroyed and its effectiveness has been destroyed on the other they are so powerful that they can make chemical weapons and more than that they have means to deliver them like flying MIG's over Damascus, launching rockets with chemicals in them. The butcher of Syria sitting in damascus has been using Alqaeda as a cover to massacre his own people and perpetuate his family rule. If you choose to ignore the fact than there is very little anyone can do.

syrian regime has missles it has helicopters it has airplanes the syrian rebels do not have such sophisticated weaponry.
Of course the insane dictator Assad is slaughering his people by any means he wants including chemical weapons was it not his father hafeez Assad who butchered 40,000 people with chemical weapons in the town of hama
What will the people denying facts do now? go back in history and deny this happened also?

They have no access to chemical weapons. If they did, why on earth would they use it on a sympathetic population in Syria?

winning? the rebels control 2/3 of Syria only last week Assad lost another airport to FSA. your definition of Assad winning is dubious although his situation. has improved with Hezbollah helping him.
the regime have used chemical weapons in this conflict and they have means to deliver these weapons. It requires expertize and facilities which a militia force like FSA at highly unlikely to have.

The regime is desperate that is for sure but the extreme opposition have also committed atrocities. It is a sad situation for the people of Syria.

Two wrong don't make it right. All sides have done some terrible things. But using chemical weapon on your own people shows to what extent his regime will go to stay in power. Not to mention it's a war crime. What's worse is people defending it.

Whatever happened in past week in syria was horrible… Muslims all over the world were rightly pissed, I hope all muslims can still condemn this act; now that it seems like it was FSA who is resposible for use of chemical weapons. May ALLAH destroy these saudi arabian backed terrorists and bring peace in Syria, Egypt Behrain, Afghanistan and Pakistan.
