Answer his question ehsan, why would Assad bother using chemical weapons on the eve of a pre planned UN visit when they are winning the war anyway?

winning? the rebels control 2/3 of Syria only last week Assad lost another airport to FSA. your definition of Assad winning is dubious although his situation. has improved with Hezbollah helping him.

the regime have used chemical weapons in this conflict and they have means to deliver these weapons. It requires expertize and facilities which a militia force like FSA at highly unlikely to have.
