If America does not go ahead with its campaign in Syria then that effectively means that America has abandoned the militants that it shipped there and are fighting the Syrian state to be massacred.

I can live with Assad eliminating Al-Queda terrorists. Btw, between Assad and Al-Queda killers he is lessor of the 2 evils.
