Syed Noor is all set to direct an English movie, which is set in the backdrop of United Kingdom, and which he is planning to sometime next year. This was disclosed by the showman of Lollywood, in an exclusive interview with showbiz.com.pk.
Noor said that the film focused on the problems of the Asians living abroad. He also said that the basic concept of the movie was to highlight the differences that occurred because of marriages between foreigners and Asians. Giving details
Noor said that it was a British production, and had a huge budget. Noor gave a hint that was looking for a new face for the movie. Speaking of which, he said, “I am going to cast a few Pakistani actors, but I intend to take the heroine from UK.”
When asked about his much-tomtommed fascination for Saima, and especially about her mismatched pair with newcomer Shamyl Khan in Larki Punjaban, Noor said, “I do not care what people say. Such things were said even when before the release of Chooriyan. But, everybody knows what happened after the film was released. Everyone had to eat their words. “The director knows best as to who will fit in a certain role,” he continued, “and as such, nobody can question my judgement for my choice of actors in my film.” He further said that he found no problem with the pair of Saima and Shamyl Khan. Noor said, “I do not find any problem with that either. As far as I am concerned, Heer Ranjha is a folk tale, and folk tales do not belong to any one director or producer.” He quoted the example of
a saying that the film has been made a number of times. Noor revealed that he was going to Malaysia to complete the shooting of one of his underproduction films.

I’m sorry, I don’t mean to be mean, but after the way he treated his wife Rukhsana Noor by cheating on her for so many years with Saima, and then to add insult on injury, he marries Saima as his SECOND wife (seriously, its 2009…), and that he keeps inserting his new beloved wife in every movie as if she’s the only good actress in Pakistan. He barely makes urdu movies anymore. At one time he was making good movies - he was introducing so many new faces in the industry - and then all of a sudden he went creatively stagnant when Saima became his mistress. He put his GF above the health of the industry and has subjected the population of Pakistan to watching his wife,and only his wife in his movies. What a narcissist.
