^ No, it doesnt.

This is a hailstorm from last week.

It only snows on the mountains, where I live
But the last time it snowed in the Blue mountains was jeez cant remember.
It snows in Oberon which is a 2 hour drive from where I live.

It doesnt snow in Sydney though.
