the inner rim of my upper eyelid is somewhat swollen.. and it hurts

Possibly an ingrown eyelash? I think that happened to me once. Also if you wear contaccts, some dirt from the contact may have caused irritation. But I recommend wearing your glasses and avoiding eye makeup. With time it will go away on it's own or you could see a doctor.

Gr, my contacts have been bothering me last few days.. constant itching and dryness, i dunno if its my eyes or the contacts themselves.. i’m gonna try teabags.. :hinna:

^ and u may just aggravate it further. avoid the contacts for some days, and put less strain on your eyes if possible. ask your doc if you should/can use eye drops which can heal your eye.

your eye has probly become infected happens to me all the time called conjunctivitis, go drs and they will give u an ointment should work within 3 days or if u cant be bothered makin appt etc then go pharmacy and ask for golden eye ointement, or ask the pharmacist to reccommend somehting,

warm up a towel...make it really hot...and put it on the eye....then warm again and put on eye... do it for as long as u can. it works for me :)

u may have a stye sara. gently heat it by either rubbing ur finger in ur palm and placing it on top or how impulse mentioned. Well its been 2 days noww. its probably already ok!

Hmm its a little better, still very slightly swollen but not as painful as before.
Still itches like hell though but thats a whole other problem and I’m going to the doctor on friday/.
