Re: switching to sippy cups
My mother always tells me that I didn't leave the bottle until I was 4+ and that my motivation was because I didn't wanna get laughed at in kindergarten, otherwise I refused to drink it from the glass.
Now, Misbah is the same. She drinks VERY little from the sippy cup. Her teachers are concerned, so is her mother but I am the least bit bothered. She will move on when she is ready. I encourage her to drink it from the cup but if she insists I don't force her. I think at her age, its more important that she drinks milk, not that she drinks it from one thing or another.
