The way I see it... a job at a foreign back is still an uncertainty and at an earlier phase in your career, you have more leeway to "try" out options that interest you more. Graduate Schools as well as potential employers understand this.
So unless you can associate a relatively high level of certainty that you'll be able to get that job with a foreign bank and that job is going to offer significantly more than this alternative job opportunity, you really have little to lose by accepting this job. I'm saying this in light of the fact that you intend to leave your job to pursue an MBA in a couple of years time anyways.
