I took Tamiflu, which is said to speed up recovery. I was not sure if I would recover but there is always that hope. I felt weak for weeks after but now, since the last week or so I feel better.
To be honest I was in a lot of pain and the two weaks at the peak of it seems to be a blur to me now.
Only advice I could give is to be careful when you are at weddings, large events, at work etc and if you suspect that you do have it, make sure you seek medical advice and keep away from others.
The last i heard, India will import a small quantity enough only to vaccinate the health workers. USA on the other hand will have enough to start mass vaccination campaigns. They have divided their population into various age groups, with some groups having a higher priority in the vaccination campaigns. But i wonder what kind of priority would be given to non citizens.
There is no discrimination based on nationality. If you are a resident, you get equal priority.
