Are there any health-related issues linked to swimming?

Yeah…you can drown..if you don’t know how to swim… and that can be bad for your health. :hehe:

Swimmer’s shoulder

This is three related injuries which can develop through overuse of the shoulder joint. There is inflammation and pain in the tendons and other tissues which form the capsule, or fibrous shell of the shoulder joint. Its mostly a problem for serious or competitive swimmers.

Swimmer’s ear

An infection of the external ear canal.
