besides isb club .. rest hav restricted membership like the ones at naval club n there is a paf one in isb , also there is one a ten cor chaklala rwp,n army welfere trust mess rwp, the only 3 open for gen public r pc rwp, blue lagoon rwp , and also shalimar rwp.. i don know if its still operational it was crap a few years ago.
Ive pretty much been to all of them, atleast till 1999. You are in luck, because Islamabad is the only city modern enoughin the country to have plenty of good quality pools, including an olympic sized one. Here are some, both from Rawalpindi and Isloo.
Blue Lagoon, Saddar Rawalpindi, run by the Army. Not recommended and the army lifeguards and instructors are morons.
Pindi Club. Thats where I started learning when I was 6-7, again not recommended, too small and lots of idiotic faujis around.
Islamabad Sports Complex - Olympics sized pool, HUGE. Kinda alright. Next to Jinnah Stadium, where the 1989 SAF games were held. This is the ONLY olympics sized pool in the entire country.
Islamabad Club - Cleanest one, but you need to buy the entire membership package. Its also the only one I remember open for guys and gals at the same time 
Shaukats Spa, not sure if its still there but this one in F-6 Super Market was indoors, and quite clean. Had a good instructor back then.

wel i know about this other club too. thats in 10 core. the cantt area. Chaklala Scheme III
they did not have any instructors when i used to swim there ie 2 years back. but now i heard there are some. plus there are aunties and girls who help you learn swimming :) you may try that one too
