Saw this on TV, tried it out was Y.U.M.M.Y…a must try
Ingredients:
Boneless (chicken) — 250 gram
Carrot — 1
Cucumber — 1
Garlic — 2,3 cloves
Corn Flour — 1 Table Spoon
Chicken Cubes — 1
Egg — 1
Rice Vinegar (OR) White Vinegar — 2 table spoon
Tomato Purer — 1/2 Cup
Soya Sauce — 2 Table Spoon
Green Chili — 3 pieces
Black Pepper — According to taste
Salt — According to taste
Onion — Medium Sized (half/chopped)
Honey — 1 table spoon
Recipe:
The first step involves the marinating of chicken. Take the thoroughly cut chicken pieces in a bowl and mix it with a pinch of salt, pinch of pepper, an egg and corn flour to it, mix it all together. Put it in hot oil in the pan to fry the resultant mixture, hardly for a minute, just so as to dry the oil. Dish the resultant in a separate bowl and keep it aside till you can proceed to the preparation of other ingredients.
Pour some oil in the pan again, add grinded garlic and green chili, onion, carrot, pickle, chicken cubes and stir them all together. Mix all the ingredients, till the chicken cubes are dissolved. Add rice vinegar (or white vinegar) in it. Sprinkle a pinch of salt, pinch of black pepper, poured with Soya sauce. Stir it and once the masala is ready, add the already prepared chicken with the masala you just prepared. Cook it till it smells ready to eat.
Serve with rice or noodles.
