hi, i need some good and offcourse tested recipe for sweet potatoes as usually i steam them and eat by sprinkling chat masala and lemon juice on it but my kids dont like it ,so do any one have any recipe for sweet potatoes that kids like.

Make some kind of potatoe wedges out of them by roasting them in the oven?
or sweet potato mash perhaps?
