I was told about this from a dear friend of mine who happens to be a MUA who also happens to have luscious full head of hair, massaging this once a week helped tremendous her clients with issues like dandruff hair thinning, split ends. So far I have tried it once, and will repeat in the coming week, my hair does feel really soft and has lots of lustre which I love, I also liked the fact that it didn’t give my hair the oily look most oils tend to give, It absorbed rather quickly and didn’t stain my clothes/pillow case.
This is how I made the oil mixture, I took about 3 tablespoon of SA oil and 1 drop of peppermint, make sure not to add more than a drop since peppermint can burn the scalp if not used carefullyshe also mentioned if any of the ladies are pregnant, DO NOT USE this since peppermint is an emmenagogue, which means it can stimulate menstruation, and this is not for infants/children either.
Since Eid is upon us, I figured you ladies can benefit from this as well ![]()
Oh and If anyone is wondering where to buy the oils (but please make sure it’s 100% almond or peppermint, not mixed with anything else) try any health food stores, whole foods has it as well that’s where I found mine.
