How can one swallow a tablet/capsule whole?
I can’t even swallow a tiny tablet whole, i try by flushing it by drinking lots of water down to throat, but unfortunatley the tablet stays under/abow my tongue!!! So alternative methos i’ve tried is by crushing it- eeeurgh! kora taste!!! :yuck:
Any Hints/tips?Plz share…

Just dont think about the pill. Think you are drinking water only. Tilt ur head back and swallow a big gulp of water. It is bound to go in a few tries.
Swallow it with a spoon of jam or jelly. And open wide.
