Here is something I got in an email, it will really show you what is happening in Pakistan with not just Pakhtuns but everyone else. One thing to note is that every Pakistani leader that came to power invested more of his/her wealth out side of Pakistan then in Pakistan. What did they knew or know that the average Pakistani don't?

Dear Balochs,

Don’t feel yourselves alone,

At this critical hour,

Like Bengalis, like Sindhis,

You are yet another victim,

Victims of dictatorships and martial laws,

Victims of the federation where rights of smaller
provinces have been usurped,

Victim of criminal silence of democratic forces those
are reluctant to reaffirm their solidarity with you.

But dear Balochs,

Don’t feel yourselves alone,

At this critical hour of history.

The country is dying and yet these military generals
are not realizing to the fact.

Where is the conscience of so called Sindhi
nationalists?

Whom the agencies have procured on peanuts,

It is very unfortunate the whole movement of Sindhi
nationalists,

Have been corrupted down to the core.

Are they not feeling ashamed?

Are they not learning from Balochs still?

But Balochs, you are Balochs.

I am not a Sindhi nationalist otherwise.

I have a faith on democracy

And on united Pakistan with the united struggle,

Of all the downtrodden people,

Against the most criminal class- Estabishment of
Pakistan.

Balochs I love Bhutto and the gallows he was hanged
on,
And yet equally I beg pardon,

He was misused against you by the military Generals.

Balochs,

You need not to feel yourself alone,
The whole 21st century,
The century of freedom is with you.

Soon you, we Sindhis and the whole country will get
freedom,

Form these military generals and their undemocratic
Pakistan.

I want Pakistan that Pakistan for which Pakistan was
made.

Long live Balochs,

Long live your freedom movement.

Balochs you need not to feel yourselves alone.

O’ the mom of the Balochs soldier,

I pay you tribute for giving these great spirits to
the nation.

Good Bye Balochs,

you must be on your way,

write the history with the your blood,

and but the freedom in return.

History is yours dears,

For it can never be of tyrants!!!!!

I'm not going to read the whole thread for this.. but I'm curious, what sort of freedom are the balochis/sindhis/pathans actually fighting for? why do they feel so suppressed, its unlikely that the corrupt politicians and the bigoted leaders will spare their lives after their freedom.

Those that can be claimed legaly which is Pashtunistan ( NWFP - Baluchistan). Later on we will think of Pashto speaking areas that are attched to other provinces.

why cant you afghans let Pakistan be? Pakistani pukhtoons are NOt Afghani...NWFP is a part of Paksitan and will remain that way till the end of time insahallah.
Just concentarte on improving the state your country is in..

Where did Pakhtuns of Pakistan come from, Hindustan? Grow up, read up, learn, then come back here otherwise you'll get a trashing in history.

grow up, read, learn and realise that Pakistan is above and beyond petty tribalism and nationalism.

I am sorry to tell you that not only the people but also the LAND belongs to us. That land West of Indus that is inhibited by Afghans is our land, that does not mean that if they don’t want to live in Pakistan they have to move, they will stay on that land and be united with us.

Plus Punjabis - Pakistanis ain’t smart enough too, and we ARYANS do not give a damn about who they are. Honestly some people are jealous if us having such a history and youse being our SLAVES!

Every Pakistani minority wants freedom from military establishment. That should be telling enough. I too wish that Sindhi leaders were more like the proud Balochs and less like the Pir Pagaras and Bhuttos, the traitors of Sindh.

No, you are both wrong. The case that the General intervened in was the case where the so-called Tribal Council (more like Swines Council) passed a judgement that said one party in a dispute could rape the daughter of another party. This disgusting "punishment" actually took place, the Government ordered the arrest of the rapists and the council after the fact.

Afghans are descendents of the Mongols therefore they are not Aryans.

coming back to the original topic,

i've heard the internal sindh also have their own "sub cultures", like their ppl havent been outside their land ever and their daughters can only be married to the landlords. or i think it was something like the newly weds' wife has to sleep with the landlords first and then she was to be rukhsat with her husband..
