It is based on a average family. In terms of a number I would probably think 3+ however have nothing specific. Data is from a study I did 2 years ago and I realise prices fluctuate hence the 10% points. Also, I have family in Karachi and it gives me an idea roughly.

Nonetheless … You feel she must be doing something right to sustain that lifestyle with such an income from her hubby …
