You’re roughly surviving on £220 pm. Average cost of living in the city of Karachi is about £240 pm. 10%+/-
The most expensive things in Karachi are eating at restaurants or high end goods like electronics. After all, Karachi is probably the cheapest city in the world in terms of living costs otherwise.
Point is that if you budget what you have well enough you should be Ok to survive however, that does include having a word with your extended family.

I’m not sure where you got your data from, but it appears, that OP is surviving on less than the average and feeding the relatives … So much for mathematical models …
Btw is that average for 1, 2, or family of 8?
