That is all well and good for you but for the OP it seems they are on the limit of their finances to feed these people and survive.

I don’t know OP and her situation that’s why couldn’t come up with any solution. I’ve seen people living in much less than that quite comfortably to be honest.

OP can cut off her expenses for feeding those people and then may be come back and tell us after few months if it helped. though, I highly doubt if it would help.
