I used to just use a heating pad ( u know what that is?) early in the morning, when my mom came to wake me up, shed see I was burning hot and be like OMG, you’re sick… u must have a fever… stay home from school today!

yup yup I’ve been not eating that much for awhile now…just realized the reason like yesterday:smack: Yeah you’re totally right, it isnt worth it, and Im doing whatever it takes to get my mind off it…which means I CANNOT be bored, which isnt very easy to do:bummer:

Wow, youre justt like me..! Try getting involved in some sort of sport or extra activity to get your mind off things if its a long-term problem or dilemma or whatever, otherwise you get even worse and end up doing bad things...when I got divorced, I got a puppy... hes my beshteshtt fwend everr and keeps me occupied and happy! :)
