The first thing I would do in that case then is refer the matter to an aalim. As I mentioned before, weak ahadith and fabricated ones are two completely different things. Acting on a weak one is completely different than acting on a fabricated one.

Also, I don’t know who the speaker in the video is, so I would ask for clarification from an aalim.

I asked the Quran teacher, she has also studied fiqh/shariah? I can’t remember, but MA she’s knowledgeable. She said the same thing you did…that weak hadith can be acted upon wheras the fabricated should be avoided…and that there’s a chance the weak hadith may be a pretty strong one…that it may 70-80 strong if not 100%.
