Jo shakhs sura noor ko parhe Allah usse tamam guzishta wa aaindah mo'minaat aur mo'mineen ki tadaad ke barabar dus nekiyan batore ajar de ga.
Imam Sadiq se marvi hai:
Surah noor ki tilavat ke zariye se apne maal talaf hone se bachao, apna daman be-iffati se aalodah hone se mehfooz rakho aur apni khawateen ko is ke ekhkaam ke zer-e-saayah inhirafaat se bachao kionke jo shakhs her roz ya her shab hamesha is ki tilavat kare ga is ke khandan main se koi shakhs aakhir umar tak khilaf-e-iffat kaam main mubitla nahin hoga.

barkaat means blessings of a surah. sometimes, a substitute word in Urdu used for this is Fazeelet or Fazail of a particular surah.
surah Noor translation is aweinspiring about Allah swt's greatness.

I once heard that Sura noor...ayat about the lowering of gaze for men and women....after that ayat...there is a description oone of the most famous .... one of the most difficult ayat...
Noor is like a lamp..inside a shade .......(Chirag-e-Roshan ........)
so..its means that when you will overcome your desires...specially ..of opposite sec attraction..there will be noor everywhere..inside your heart...your body..your mind...your daily works..etc etc....
and one hadees of prophet(pbuh) says....
beware of a Momin's wisdom...as he/she sees with the light or noor of Allah....
and great scholars say that this is the same noor which is achieved by lowering gazes ..and purifying our eyes..hearts..minds..ears..from haram ..and sexual acts....
