What shame that this well known terrorist jihadi leader who everyone in Pakistan knows has conducted cross border terrorism in India is let go on the smallest of technicalities which too was initiated by the SC. If this pattern of revolving doors keeps up the UN may have to declare the SC as a terrorist supporting institution as it has already passed resolutions on the status of Hafiz Saeed.

Who is Hafiz Saeed?
ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has indefinitely adjourned hearing of petitions challenging the release of Jamaatud Dawa chief Hafiz Mohammad Saeed.
Hafiz Saeed’s counsel A K Dogar said the hearing of two petitions filed by the Federal and Punjab governments had been adjourned indefinitely by the apex court.
Sources say the move was apparently linked to the resignation of Punjab’s Advocate General Raza Farooq, who was representing the provincial government in the hearings.
Saeed has been accused by India of being the mastermind behind the Mumbai attacks.
The apex court’s direction comes two days after India said there was ‘enough evidence’ to continue the investigation against the Jamaatud Dawa chief in connection with the Mumbai attacks. — DawnNews
re: Supreme Court of Pakistan once again releases Hafiz Saeed
BTW, how can you say that Hafiz Saeed is Terrorist, you are calling him terrorist because your GOD FATHER the Indians are calling him or do you have any proofs against him, please clear it to us....
And if you have not noticed, Indians said that there is enough evidence to investigate against him... do you have any idea what this statement mean or as usual you are looking to London to get an Idea!!!
re: Supreme Court of Pakistan once again releases Hafiz Saeed
It is not failure of Supreme Court, rather failure of government. Also, its not "once again releases", rather the deferment of petition challenging the release..... two different things.

Hannibal
It's not India but the United Nations Security Council, including our friends China, that declared Hafiz Saeed an "international terrorist" who is connected to Al Qaeda. Unlike other resolutions, this is under Article 7, which is enforceable by military means.
Now no one is going to force us to jail this guy or others, but sooner of later if their ties to terrorist acts or "jihad" incitement come out, Pakistan will be more and more isolated.
We need to realize that we cannot go around with kashkols asking for aid and trade favours while ignoring such key international demands.

Its fault of the government that it did not provide any evidence against Hafiz Saeed. What can a court do when prosecutor is not willing to testify or give evidence?
…The court adjourned the hearing of Hafiz Saeed indefinitely based on the admission from the Pakistani government officials, including Interior Minister Rehman Malik, that their government had no concrete evidence to prosecute the JuD chief…
And as usual, one has to ‘talk up’ anything and everything that MQM dislikes.

Yes i know that, and i also know that till now no proves of Hafiz Saeed's involvement in the The incident ( base-case for having LeT) is not proven by India ( so far), The court have asked govt. officials to provide proves against Hafiz Saeed...
So far, govt officials both India and Pakistan have not been able to provide any prove involving Hafiz Saeed in Mumbai attacks despite the fact that it is now 9 months since the attack took place!!! Now tell me, how long one person shall be held without any prove?
On the other hand, if proven guilty Hafiz Saeed should be hanged, but until then lets hold our horses....
Yes onjly kids will believe, kids also believe that their is tooth-fairy and their and Fairies and princess bla bla.. not every thing kids believe is true...
on the other hand, if you have proves, please share it here...
Re: Supreme Court of Pakistan once again releases Hafiz Saeed
shameful but expected.
Going back to why Musharraf had problem with SC.
SC under Justics Chaudhry, was accepting applications for missing people (taligoons).
That hurt any action that army was taking against mullahs (who themselves are big fan of Justice Chuadhry)

Don't blame the judges. The problem here is that our powerful 'agencies' prevent the government from showing any evidence. The prosecutor repeatedly said that he has proof but is unable to show it in open court because it will endanger state secrets.

It would endanger the fact that half of ISI is sitting having chai with taliban shura in quetta.

There is enough publicly documented evidence to prosecute him.
They didn't have to produce all evidence, just enough to show the obvious,
that this man should not be free.
The same person criticises Pakistanis for blaming RAW????
And you pretend to be a PAKISTANI?????** HINDUSTANI khoon itna hi josh maarta hai tou wapis kyu nahi chalay jatay**????
yeh to janay ko tayaar thay per Hindustani Govt aur log inhay wapis laynay ko tayaar nahi... (waisay bhi her waqat ronay walooN ko kon pasand kerta hay)
Exactly, they are blind to the reality of the jihadi rot in pakistan. Here’s an eye opener for these people, but they will next claim that the NYTimes is a "hindustani
publication.
In a country where someone can be responsible for 70 murders but still not get convicted, steal billions and still not get convicted, they want us to believe that the conviction of someone like Altaf Hussain is legitimate!
