you can bake them, cook them on stove top, fry them and then dip them in the sauce and enjoy

u can make good shawarma with boneless chicken:@:

but well…u can simply make a paste with pudeena..dhanya…adrak lasssan..yoghurt…few drops of vinegar…salt and green chilli and marinate teh chicken & then either fry it or put it in the oven.

yeah,,,season it with salt/pepper, coat it with all purpose flour, dust off the extra flour, dip in beaten egg, coat with a mixture of crumbs and corn flakes. fry on mediumish heat. Make sure your pieces are not too big.
