if I don´t agree with my husband, he gets agree with what I suggest, but if he is not agree with me over something I don´t force him and let him do what he likes. But I explain him my point of view too in a polite manner.

don’t you feel bad that he didn’t listen to you? women have this attribute ingrained in them…that is…to be heard and be be complied with!
