Allah do not belong to Muslims only. He is the God of every human, every being, every creature. Everything is a part of Him, and He is a part of everything. Allah dwells in every heart, and a pious person recognizes His presence, and that pious person can be Muslim, Hindu, Jew, Christian, Buddhist, Atheist, Communist ... whatever he likes to call himself.
Regarding Positive energy, I'll write someday.
