What kind do you take and why?

I was researching chromium picolonate but found out that there are mixed studies and side effects so wont be taking it.

I have also heard good things about cinnamon and bought some too just haven’t gotten to taking it. Will report later.

multivitamin and whey protein is all what i take. These two combined got everything you can ever need.

yep same here.

I take my multi's and whey protein (only 20-30 grams 1-2 times daily for me...no more) along with my B-complex vits.

When was the last time you visited? We have sooooooooooooooo much more now! I just had halal corned beef sandwich the other day :yummy: and steak from Lava java :yummy:

Phat, there is a small place on Southfield and Warren, one block off NE corner. They serve full fried tilapia fish with rice and eggplant soup for 10 dollars. You got to try that.

but yes PB u do need to take vitamins...you will notice a difference overall in about 4-6 weeks of taking em.

I take a daily multivitamin and calcium.

For big strong bones so you can take TLK down :smiley:

i take fish oil for brain and heart health. i take daily multivitamins and add on every so often like once every 2 days - these vitamisn for hair skin and nails.

now does anyone take the hair skin nail stuff which one do u take, mine are by careX i think, its at work so i dont know the exact make. do these work. i dont drink enough water so am concerned none of this actually makes a whole lot of difference without the water
