Warner Bros.’ rebooting of the ‘Superman’](Man of Steel (2013) - Movie | Moviefone) franchise is starting to assemble a cast. We already knew that director Zack Snyder’s film would feature Henry Cavill as the Man of Steel, as well as Diane Lane and Kevin Costner as his adoptive, Earth-bound parents.
That leaves a few major roles left to fill, including the part of Superman’s nemesis, reportedly General Zod. Earlier this month, we posted some casting rumors that claimed Viggo Mortensen and Daniel Day-Lewis were on the wish list to play bad guys in the new film. Mortensen is now out of the running, but when one name drops, another emerges…
