While I am sure Chloe must object to anyone other than Tom Welling being Clark Kent..the teaser trailer for Superman Returns looks great! Good cast ..great director..this could be the one to watch in 2006

How dare you beat me to it!! OMG, rights to opening any superman related threads solely belong to me. It's an unspoken rule. Though I was a bit upset about Tom Welling not being the superman, I was still blown away when I saw the teaser. Just can't wait for summer.

what works for tom welling as a good clark kent of highschool age is what works agsainst him as superman as the world knows superman. he could be a good superman in a few years but not now.
kinda the same as pierce brosnan for bond, at one time he was considered too young looking to portray bond properly.

I'v never really understood all the excitement about Superman or anyother "superhero". He's areet, but hes nowt special. I didn't really get a good look at the bloke playing him, I wonder if hes fit or not?

tnc, it's not that impressive. I expected better. It better not revolve around Lois and her child, such a turn off. Same thing turns me off about smallville, too much focus on lana.
Focusing on the female protagonist in a superhero movie/series is not the way to go.
