no, the issue is that a person is going around GS annoying everyone else by constantly showing off.

and when people show sympathy and say "oh leave them alone" it only encourages such behavior even more because then the person feels as if they are getting support for what they're doing.

so in such a case, yes, i think it's okay to mock someone to discourage what they are doing.

and like i said, she brings it on herself. i don't usually pick on people, but if i do then there's a reason for it.
