Cutest Sardar
Ranbir Kapoor became star at the drop of a towel in ‘Saawariya’ followed by number of solo hits. But his upcoming film ‘Rocket Singh: Salesman of the year’ in which he is playing Sardar Rocket Singh will certainly earn him several laurels for his unconventional look. Promos of the film are already doing rounds and have earned him a title of the Cutest-Sardar in B-town.

**Most delicate Sardar **
Queen of Bollywood Rani Mukherjee is the most recent Sardar standing alone shoulder to shoulder in the men’s bastion. She has put on Sadaar look in Dil Bole Hadippa to disguise herself so that she can play the game of Cricket. Despite having Cricket as the backdrop of the film, and Shahid Kapoor and Anupam Kher in the main cast her Sadaar look became the mainstay of the film. Owing to her tender physique she has been crowned as the most delicate Sardar in B-town.

**Aggressive Sardar **
You can’t help freezing when Tara Singh roared in Gadar – Ek Prem Katha. Sunny Deol’s ‘Dhai Kilo Kaa Haath…’ stint had already terrorized the industry but when as Tara Singh he pulled the hand-pump and roared, an aggressive Sardar came in fore. Apart from blockbuster film Gadar he has donned patriotic Sardar in Border and bumbling Sardar in ‘Jo Bole So Nihaal’.

Sardar Aaj Kal
Punjabi culture has been a big influence in Chhote Nawaab’s life as he is dating a Punjabi Girl. The clean-shaven Khan donned a turbaned and bearded look to become Sardar for the film ‘Love Aaj Kal’. Saif played double role - Jai the cool dude of the present era and Veer Singh a passionate Sardar who would do anything for the love of his life.

Legendary Sardar
Ajay Devgan immortalized Sardars on celluloid with the film ‘The Legend of Bhagat Singh’. He also did an evoking number in the glory of turban Pagdi Sambhal jatta…in the film where he regarded ‘Pagdi’ as dignity. Blend of extremist ideas and aggressive Sardar look brought the real Bhagat Singh out of AD.

**Extremist Sardar **
With the sudden surge of love for freedom fighter Bhagat Singh, in the same year another Bhagat Singh film came into being – ‘Shaheed Bhagat Singh’. Donning the turban and trimmed beard, Bobby Deol resembled closely to the Martyr.
