As announced by younger brother SS; N$ had a major operation involving 4 By passes; so it was believed that for four bypasses; veins would have been taken from his legs.
I am an uneducated, illiterate and as dumb as a person can be; especially in comparison to battery of enlightened intelligentsia of highest order present on this forum who are blessed with immense intellect and intelligence – Can anyone from that elite group enlighten the jaahil awaam like me re as to how can an ailing / unfit 65 year old gets to walk without any limping, stuttering, support, or any type of assistance and waves triumphantly as if he has just won a Nobel Prize (for being the most honest living person in this world) ?
Before punsters start attacking me (again); let me tell you this is a serious question and a huge development in both the scenarios; Myth Debunking re Superheroes or medical science advancement by leaps and bounds as 65 year old with 4 by passes walking after 5 days of such a major surgery re which Princess of Pakistan kept tweeting 24/7/365.

Looks like pure drameybaazi from PMLN to dilute the Panama corruption.
Open heart surgery which requires your rib cage to be opened and vein to be taken from your leg doesn't allow a 66 year old man climb down the stairs without any support just after five days of major surgery and wave his hands in the air left right and centre.
The picture of Nawaz Sharif lying on the bed posted by Maryam Nawaz Sharif doesn't even look like him.
If Zardari can fake mental illness, it's not a big deal for Sharifs to fake surgeries - except both are terrible liars and no one believes their story except their die hard supporters.

As of now; I do not have absolute credible info re his surgery or what not and due to patient confidentiality even if one has contacts in the hospital; it will be extremely hard to get info out; but based on what I have seen in my life (I don’t just Google to believe and form my opinion like some others); this recovery is miraculous for such an unfit 66 old man who had grafting done for 4 Bypasses (veins taken from his legs for 4 bypasses-wow) and he did not limp a bit while getting off stairs.
He truly is a super hero - I think … I am starting to like him just for his this Super Power!

Has anyone asked for hospital paper-work for the claimed "open-heart" surgery? I bet NS will suddenly jump to another hospital-bed pretty soon to avoid the paper-work question.

I think case has been filed in court to unveil the details of the medical details on the pretext that if it was a fake episode; the security of Pakistan was jeopardized.
But you know how well our Judicial system works; for example where sitting Finance Minister claims on the floor of the house that Pakistanis have stashed $200 Billion in Swiss Banks (most likely ill gotten money) but not a single corrupt Bureaucrat, General, and Politician has ever been convicted of a single rupee corruption by any court - let alone convicted, has Govt., of last three years clamped down on any - A.N.Y corrupt person including Zardari (as the whole election of 2013 was based on Corruption of Zardari/YRG/RPA)?
Or when Justice Qayoum, Justice Nasim Hassan Shah, Justice Afzal Lone types take orders on phones/in person and conveys decisions to Shahbaz Sharif’s, and Saif ur Rehman’s before issuing the verdict, who will unveil the truth?

One of the medical journals said a 66 year old patient who've had vein taken from his leg for open heart surgery with opening of rib cage is fit enough to play football after five days of rest.
I wish my uncle who was roughly 10 years younger than Nawaz Sharif also had the same superhero powers after his bypass surgery.

Just one Data point but my father went through by pass few years ago and he was home 8th day following surgery. He went through the procedure at age 67. Some people have become so blind and so stupid in hate of nawaz sharif that they have lost all objectivity. There is no point in even arguing here. This bakwas of hate started by imran has done this, the PMLN supporter like me who was right in the middle and looked at PTI as possible choice will NEVER EVER vote for PTI and the PTI ones will never ever vote for PMLN. Its like 90s PPP vs. PMLN hate rather than on policies and performance. Too bad for PTI, there are just too many for PMLN. I hope some day some one print all the barking of Imran, and shove it up his rear. That immature SOB has dented Political maturity of country by decades for lust of power that he will never have iA.
