Barring weather intervention I agree with you group 2 but not group 1
No way England..
Group 1 >> SL and NZ. They are both fighters. Eng and Windies wont be able to match SL or NZ. My guess

I was going to ask the same question, looking at the schedule it doesnt seem like there are reserve days, so if that doesnt pan out and the matches get rained out what is the criteria of qualifying to the next round, would that mean team with higher T20 ranking going forward or somein else !!

5 over match and duckworth lewis's help to get over such problems. One of these days they might even play a 1 over match.
