Perhaps you have never seen protocol given to Mush or Shortcut Aziz where main roads in Karachi usually blocked for 5 to 8 hours even patients died in ambulances waiting for the passage. IK then criticizded on TV and called them barha badshah and chota badshah, I was in Karachi in those days.
