PTI has wasted a lot of time and allies... :)
I see PMLN now, as PTI had chances in KP but the indecision seems to push all religious parties towards PMLN (the right is the main vote of PTI, so it would be PTI versus the right combined). PTI does not have any chances in Sindh as well, where as PMLN has collected all parties there under their umbrella. So now it would need a herculean effort by the kaptaan to win. Considering all this the party is bogged down by its elections when less than two months are left for the general elections.

I dont know what PTI's plans are, but they should have focused more on rural areas which have been neglected by all governments. Every other day now Shahbaz Sharif and Nawaz Sharif are addressing jalsas, I think PTI will become active when the initiative would have been lost altogether.

Yes PTI wasted precious time in elections no doubt. But all is not lost yet. Even though PML-N is doing typical jor tor politics, all is not lost! from 23rd March onwards we will truly know where PTI stands in bigger scheme of things.

I somewhat disagree. PTI's election process was a unique effort, the first of its kind, and hence, took longer than expected, and took what seems like a bit of steam from the rally that started with the Lahore jalsa in 2011, otherwise, the process was natural, and need of the hour. They could not have expedited it anymore than they did.
Regarding alliances, PTI had never committed to any allies, and quite honestly, better than 50% of PTIs supporters are with PTI because it is not allied with anyone.
About PML-N riding high, keep in mind that the national assembly has 342 seats, and the winner needs 172 for a majority. With the kind of vote dilution we will see in these elections, all parties will lose some seats. Most of the parties PML-N has allied with are 1 seat parties, with a couple being 5-10 seat parties. Gathering 172 seats will require PML-N to score 130+ seats on its own, which is impossible, even though Shahbaz Sharif recently predicted 180 seats for PML-N alone.
PPP will be down, but not out. PTI will be a huge factor. Keeping all this in mind, I think that PML-N will have to sweep the floor in order to scrape together a coalition. PPP will have to do the same if it wants to form a govt. No govt will be stable, thats for sure, as no party will come out with an absolute majority.
PPP and PML-N are true horse traders who rely on rats jumping ship, in order to win elections. But the public has caught on to that act, and I believe that this election will see a lot of so called 'electables' being thrown out by the public.

^ To win the elections PTI needs to put up a good show in Punjab and KP. In KP, PTI is going good and they have a chance to form their government. Now PMLN has allied itself with all right wing parties there which could provide a tough time to PTI. At the moment PMLN is working on one strategy, get PTI.
With less than two months to go, it needs to be seen how PTI can rebound. I dont know why PTI is not focusing on the rural areas, most of the seats belong there and those areas have been neglected. The popularity of PTI has come down as it has become an ordinary drawing room party. They need to be in the field to remain relevant.
The issue is that Pti does not even have a structure yet, who their candidates would be, no one knows. On the other hand they will face Khurram dastgir, ahsan Iqbal et al who are in their electorates meeting people every day. This thing will make the difference in the end. If Imran khan thinks that he will enter the fray in the end and everything will start shaking, it won't happen. I think Imran has lost his chance.

it was NS who branded Balochistan assembly a joke and a collection of incompetent members. Half of it are in PML-N now. Media will not play the clips I guess.
NS is sworn in as PM as per Media and Gallup/Pildat. Hopefully they are in for a rude shock in coming months.

Yes, it's old..... It's bias because APML will only receive few votes without Musharraf. If Musharraf and APML does take part in election 2013 than results will be different for PMLN, PPP and PTI. PTI will lose seats to APML.
