PTI Lower Dir leader joins PML-N | Newspaper | DAWN.COM
TIMERGARA, March 27: Former district general secretary of Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaf Jehan Dastagir advocate on Wednesday announced to quit the party and joined the Pakistan Muslim League-N along with his family and friends.
He made the announcement during a news conference at the Timergara Press Club where PML-N provincial joint secretary Farooq Iqbal, Lower Dir president Malik Behram Shahzada, youth wing vice president Farid Khan Yousafzai, Balambat president Samiullah Khatir and other local leaders were also present.
Besides Dastagir advocate, other members of the PTI, including Ilyas Khan, Junaid Khan, Bakht Jamal and Imran and Bacha Mir Khan of the PPP also announced to join the PML-N.
Speaking on the occasion Jehan Dastagir said he had been active in politics since 1999 and was made general secretary of the PTI in 2002. He said after realising the fact that only Mian Nawaz Sharif could steer the nation out of the crises he decided to join the PML-N.

Well, lootoun koo goli maroo, the good thing is atleast politics are gettig better and finer after emergance of Imran and now Mushraf.
It would be very difficult to sweep but atleast the upcoming winner would know its do or die turn.

PML-N propaganda brigade has always been their most active department. Whether its about fake videos of Imran 'Richard Gere' Kan, or silly news about Inamullah leaving PTI, or Kasuri leaving, or somthing else.
Khursheed Kasuri beat Asif Ahmed Ali in intraparty polls, hence he will be contesting the election from his constituency. Not sure whats so confusing about that. Your comment about IK 'leaving' Asif Ahmed Ali is silly, as so far, there is no news of Asif Ahmed leaving to begin with. Even if he does leave, this is somethign that had always been expected after intra party elections, loser's exodus. This is how democracy works, but since this is a novel concept for PML-N and PPP, they are having a hard time swallowing it by maligning it with silly propaganda.
