Read it and understand it . It is not For Fozia type people who get US nationality . They loose Pakistani by US law . That is for other reasons . You can not count special things as general because US not encourage dual nationality . Ask your US lawyer , He can tell you better and don’t think that this link is For Qasoori type people . This may be useful for your US born US national children in some special conditions .

Why don’t you convince your own CJ on your rhetoric? CJ does not accept your interpretation. Read the judgement in case of papa john padri pizza. Again read the oath. You can not be loyal to Pakistan and USA at the same time due to conflict of interests. Being an American citizen can you refuse to fight with Pakistani army in case of war between the two countries?

Once you take oath of US citizenship you automatically surrender your Pakistani citizenship, your loyalty and commitment. If not, it is the main reason, why Americans look such Pakis under suspicion with mistrust.

You are being delusional. Musharraf signed NRO out of greed and under pressure from US and UK as he mistakenly thought it would prolong his rule. He had no ulterior motive beside kursi. The rest is history. BB was killed by TTP unless you can prove otherwise. Zardari's hand cannot be ruled out completely as it is common knowledge that BB & him did not get on well with each other & she even treated him like a doormat. If Zardari can kill Murtaza (this is the popular view in Pakistan anyway) then he can kill anyone..
