Super and Permanent Lotay Joining Imran Khan's PTI

Re: Super and Permanent Lotay Joining Imran Khan's PTI

So let me be very crystal clear; great minds would be Imran Khan. This man has already done more for Pakistan than you and I could achieve in our lifetimes. Nawaz Sharif and tola and Zardari and tola would fall under the small to no minds category. You obviously have some serious complex issues with Imran Khan. I don't need to hear about that from you. I don't need to hear about IK's personal life, that is between him and Allah. I only care about what he has done for the people of Pakistan and what he wants to accomplish for them in the future. I know what the records have been for the incumbents for the last 30 or so years. Bangladesh and many African countries are out performing Pakistan. Forget about India, China, etc. Obviously you must want Pakistan to turn into a Somalia.

Re: Super and Permanent Lotay Joining Imran Khan's PTI

^^^

More like incoherent response. The thread is about IK and super duper lotay joiningg IK and IK singing a song of tsunami and revolution. Please comment on this problem because baghair panday ke lotay and tsunami or revolution do not mix together. In fact this is leading to another chaos.

Lotay Wanted

An Old/New ( cant figured out ) party PTI need urgently old used lottays for pumping up more his CHANGE the Pakistan compagin details are under below:

The lotta must be much used by other previous users more considerable.

The lotta who praised new owner and defame previous one more considerable.

The lotta from Interior Sindh and Karachi badly wanted so its chance for lottas avaibale
.......those areas for a bright future opturnities.

The Lottas available in Baluchistan areas are need to be polished but needed as well.

The Lottas previously used in highly Rich envorinment have more Plus points.

Here are some examples of some vablueable lottas owner currently have:

some of them are accused of selling Pakistan's 'sovereignty', under the previous Mushraff and currently Zardari`s Govts, shockingly far more than the Zia ul Haqq regime, through the hands of Khurshid Mahmood Kasuri and Shah Mehmood Qureshi. Aside from his stand in the 'Davis' issue Qureshi was regarded as the main negotiator throughout the entire continuation of the war in northern Pakistan [remember it was well known that Qureshi took personal lessons from Kasuri after taking the post of FM] well appreciated by the US - tag team partner Qureshi. A bit hypocritical to call out two governments but turn your head the other way when their main delivery boys enter your own room after getting pushed off their route.

And yes, don't forget the induction of Azam Swati - the fugitive who has ran away from crimes he committed in the States and will be arrested if he ever chose to return. Mr. Petrol, as he was known here carried his torch to Pakistan as well. He was able to assist Malvi Fazal-ul-Rahman of JUI in reaching new levels. Aside from being 'rewarded' Ministries and seats within JUI, Swati repayed Rahman by helping him reach the status of becoming 'Molvi Diesel'[referred to as such, by the public, because of the double-digit petrol pumps he owns in the country]. Swati was indirectly responsible for the entire 'War on Terror' not just the Pakistani fold simply because he was a well known heavy financial supporter of George W. Bush's presidential campaign.

Hurry up Its a big chance for lotttas becoz owner have a special cure to reshape them and more brighten them and that Cure is a Secret receipe cant publicly published so NO worries.

Whould some of Immi fan boy please tell me what is the magic words of Immi that all used lottas are turning into saints? what the cure he used? is the slogan of Change is enough for those who joining to become angles?

What I beleive change come from Fresh minds fresh brains who realy realy Tired to see what olds did with them, the change never come with the help of all time used lottas.

We Pakistanis so simple Born Simple we believe in all new fantasies, whatever u named it before ZAB/Mujeeb now its Imran`s time to become a new legend just past repeating same story with new lablel on it.

Re: Lotay Wanted

It's you view point..

Tell me from where Imran is going to bring people.. from Sweden.. HUH..????

Every Pakistani has the right to choose any political party he wishes as per law. Political parties should be institutions belonging to every citizen of Pakistan. Nobody has the right to stop anyone from joining a political party he wishes.. not even the chairman of the party.

Everyone who has joined PTI has done it unconditionally. Jahangir Tareen wanted to form his own party and negotiate an alliance with PTI. This would have ensured his blackmailing tactics forever. Negotiations went on for months.. and at a time when PTI was not in a strong position... the offer looked very lucrative. Imran did not budge from his stance that if Mr. Tareen wants to join hands with him.. he should join unconditionally.. resign from parliament.. and join PTI instead of the alliance he desired.

It means whoever is joining the party.. if they want to contest the election from PTI platform has to apply for the ticket. There will be a scrutiny committee.. with clear guidelines to award the tickets. It will not depend on IK's personal choice to grant tickets. Now what else Mr. IK can do to institutionalize his party with a clear policy system.

In the end.. we need an organized political party.. we don't need a personal cult belonging to IK. Party benefits should not suffer due to personal positions of IK.

I have been a big critic of Imran in the past. I like the recent developments in PTI because now the party is not running according to personal likings of IK. True that he can over see the basic policy making of the party vis a vis the stand on corruption.. but strong personal positions/his own personal likings/dis likings should not be the course of action/decision making of the party.

To bring any positive change in the country.. success in electoral politics is necessary. Party needs funds also.. and I am privy to the people who are financing the recent activities. These are very concerned Pakistanis.. and knowing Imran's track record they know their funding will not give them any returns. These people are not looking fro returns.. in fact I'll quote one of them.. "What's the use of creating huge business empires when our children can not live in this country."... This is exactly the spirit of the people who are financing the activities..

In the end you may or may not like IK.. but you can not deny the fact that after a long time he is changing the mind set of the people. General public who is disgusted with what is happening in Pakistan want to actually participate in doing something for the country. Which else political leader in Pakistan today has been able to bring this change of mind set amongst the people of Pakistan. IK can not change Pakistan... the change of mind set of the people of Pakistan can change Pakistan. Doesn't matter who is Imran Khan.. What matters is the change he is bringing in this mind set of the people..!!!!

Re: Lotay Wanted

I think for this you need to refer to Javed Hashmi, he yesterday again said, we are not producing new politicians and are working with the old ones...

I agree to his assessment, and would say again, in Sweden the politicians are not corrupt because there is also new in making, whereas in Pakistan when the co-called Revolutionary leaders fails to produce any politician because of their own weakness or incompetency then they resort to this kind of remarks that from where i am going to get politicians? and we the nation of idol-worshipers instead of getting offended by this insult, praise the person and allows him to get all the corrupts and tried and tested people in his party.

Re: Lotay Wanted

Yazdi.

Its not my personal like or dislike of IK, i was and still respect him as our national hero but in polticis from start to now he continiously taken wrong steps decesions just to get a high powering authority in pakistan as i mentioned above the change not come till u bring fresh peoples with fresh brains realy have love for homeland the change come when a normal person become a mpa/mna not the all time used old brains. btw i didnt mentioned Tareen in my post, for sure a few join him are decent peoples.

Re: Lotay Wanted

^^ Not to mention contradictions and back tracks he have scored through out his political career...

Re: Lotay Wanted

In an idealistic condition you are right.. but here we are not dealing with idealistic conditions.

The tendency to vote in Pakistan specially in the rural areas is to vote for known candidates. These people have invested their lifetimes with their voters. They have attended their weddings, have been to their funerals. These people have invested favors where anyone from their voters were in trouble. Under these circumstances it's better not to stop these people from joining PTI.

However it must be ensured that these people don't become black mailers.

Re: Lotay Wanted

so you might know the magic words/cure which turned old used ones into saints they are they were tottaly oppoiste to IK idialogic views?

Re: Lotay Wanted

Good to see that party is not being run by the idealistic views of IK only..

I know Imran was very arrogant dealing with SMQ initially when he wanted to join PTI.. even offended SMQ also.

In the end both of them had to let go their egos... thanks to some sense which was put in to both of them by people who are not just hawkish cult followers.

SMQ has exceptional organizational strengths.. and he knows how to deal with political class of the rural areas. He was the Punjab president of PPP during last elections.. and believe me he was the single largest factor in redistricting a complete wipe out of PPP from Punjab during the last elections. These qualities are much needed in PTI if they want to succeed in electoral politics.. which is essential to bring any change of what so ever nature in the country. PTI has a choice.. it can become Tehreek e Istaqlal of Asghar Khan despite popular support.. or can actually do something specially with the present mood of the voters who want PTI to actually succeed in electoral politics..

Re: Lotay Wanted

No, not his view points. Those are cold hard facts. How come people who bad yesterday are good today? The fact is, IK has sold his principles for share of pie, and that is the only way to get into corridor of power.

Re: Lotay Wanted

I am sure IK has not sold his principles. In fact if everything in his party was left to IK's decision making he would have stuck with old arrogant ways. He is feeling the pressure of collective decision making.. and is restricted from being too much judgmental. Temperamentally whatever is happening in the party at the moment is probably against his personal likings.. but again institutions have to be strong and party is an institution.. personalities are not important..

It's better we don't become so much judgmental that we start discounting everyone as "lotay", "corrupt", "turncoats". "bad people"...

Let's concentrate on real issues.. and try to remain within the domain of practicality.. and should give benefit of doubt to the people unless there is something concrete against them..

Shamraz, you being a lawyer, I think understand these things much better than I do..

Re: Lotay Wanted

You cannot really call Shah Mehmood Qureshi or Javed Hashmi as corrupt. IK has had liaison with SMQ and JH for a long time and has not pointed them out as ‘bad people’. You could refer to youtube videos with IK and either of them being interviewed together.

I’d be disillusioned when a MAJORITY of PTI would consist of people like those we have in PPP or PML. When you could find people in PTI doing things like this, your criticism would be justified.

Re: Lotay Wanted

This.
The principles you make and than u change it just becoz of
a war to win might be good for IK but not for true leader.

Re: Lotay Wanted

^ Then find me a 'true leader', i'm willing to follow.

Re: Lotay Wanted

^^ The problem is Fake leaders block the way of true leaders by creating hype about short term things and later forgetting about them.

Would you follow anyone who is not cricket player and not corrupt? if the answer is yes, then my friend you are liar, because then Palejo and Achakzai and many others have grown old looking for the support, which you never lent to them and now are mesmerized with fake slogans and promises..

Re: Lotay Wanted

to me, people like "javed hashmi" joining pti is not lota, where he came from a ruling party to a non-ruling party, with an authentic anti-establishment pro-democracy stance in a party which is being blamed of run by establishment.

but people like qureshi and lagharies are a concern for me. in case of JH everyone knows he never gave up for power and money, but in case of qureshi/laghari/tarin etc, no matter how clean they may be, but for almost 1 decade they did compromise on their principals (if we assume that they were corruption free, but only stayed in ppp/mush league for power and lack of courage) which only proves them weak. nobody knows when ALLAH SWT will give someone courage, when someone can repent and turn around.it has to be seen yet.

if it was only about taking their words, then i would not, but this time another person (imran) who's past is corruption free and his team of very decent people like hamid khan, justis wajihudin etc, they are taking responsibility that we will make sure to play by rules and we will not let them do any corruption. so i'll give them my support, and hope that they will do what they are saying. plus i will keep on questioning every bad thing they do.

that's the best we can do i guess, there is no point in supporting ppp/pml/mqm anymore.

so even if most of them are lotay, i would rather get a plastic lota with some leaks, but washed clean and kept out of filth, rather than one new metal lota which is full of filth and there is no place to hold it...

Re: Lotay Wanted

The leadership we get is a reflection of the overall society.

Palejo's politics revolves around his ethnicity. His is relatively cleaner and sincere but has never inspired to be a national leader. He has a big following in rural sindh. His brother and niece are not that clean, though.

Achakzai is also one of the cleaner, more sensible and more sincere politician. Unfortunately, his focus is also his ethnicity and local politics. He has been a long time member of the National Assembly and if that is not a sign of support for him, what would be? If Achakzai somehow manages to form a national party with cross-section of Pakistani society in it, instead of 'pakhtoonkhwoa' party, I'll support it.

Re: Lotay Wanted

Point well taken, but I think problem is when we turn people into institutions & start hero worshiping them. Btw, personally I have nothing against IK, but what I see in IK is what MMA was not long ago. The guy really has no vision apart from appeasing taliban and attacking the US. He criticizes govt, but he never says anything about corrupt generals who are responsible for most of the country's miseries. He is cozying up to people who he has been criticizing for so long, and selling them to the nation as new hope for better tomorrow thn we have right to question his wisdom.

Re: Lotay Wanted

This argument that this is all we have to work with b/c we can't find good principle people says it all. IK had 15 years to build his party with non-corrupt lotas, and if after 15 he is telling the country that all he has to offer is the same old used lotas than I'm sorry I'm not impressed b/c mediocrity is not a virtue nor an option when you are trying to present yourself as an alternative to what already exists.
